Return & Refund Policy
1.Packaging Guidelines: Our sellers need to follow the below guidelines at the time of packing of the shipment to ensure the safe transportation and storage of goods, minimizing the risk of any damage and reducing the chances of further disputes before handover to bijkart:
• Tape must be wrapped on all closing/corner areas of four sides of the carton box/gunny bag.
• Shipping labels must be pasted properly on each box with clear barcodes and should be transit worthy.
• Void/Empty space inside the box while packing shipment needs to be filled with padding to avoid shifting of items inside.
2. Auto Confirmation Policy In order to confirm any order, every buyer will be given 24 hours of time to confirm the order from the time of receiving the order on the seller panel. Confirmation time will be inclusive of lead time. During the 24 hours of confirmation time, the buyer can either confirm or cancel the order. If the order is not confirmed within 24 hours, then the order will be Auto Confirmed. The buyer has to pay advance of Rs. 500 for booking an order, and also advance money has been included in the invoice amount, which will be not refundable. That mean buy have to pay No transportation fees, (Transportation cost will be incurred by the seller only i.e., BIJKART.)
3. Cancellation Policy: After confirmation of order buyer will be able to cancel the order before dispatching the goods and can get the any advance payment refund within 7 days.
4. Dispatch Policy: We appreciate the constant efforts of our buyer in the timely dispatch of their shipments within promised lead time of 24 hours to 72 hours. However, if the shipment is not dispatched by the bijkart within the promised Dispatch Time, bijkart will refund all the advance amount within a 7 days’ time period.
5. Payment Policy: After ordering the product the buyer will have two options, either pay in advance or cash on delivery. Prepaid Payment Policy: Buyer will get additional benefit depends upon the existing offers or discount on the invoice value if they make the payment in advance in prepaid mode. Cash on Delivery: Buyer can also have COD facilities, after taking the physical product to their door from our delivery partner, they can take their product after giving the order value payment to our courier partner.
6. Buyer Quality Check (QC): Policy After getting their parcel, buyer have to make a video recording while opening the parcel at its condition, if the buy product is missing or damage, they can contact the bijkart team, and that specific value amount will be refunded to the customer.
7. Missing Item Policy: The buyer has to make unpacking video while opening the parcel and if their will be short or missing quantity, then bijkart we will liable for it, and have to refund the said amount. 8. Return & Refund Policy Bijkart provides its buyers a 5 days return & refund policy, in case the buyer is not satisfied with the product. We have Genuine Returns (GR) & Non-Genuine Returns (NGR) on our platform.
The refund will be given to the buyer on the following guidelines: Direct Shipment Returns due to following reasons:
1. Wrong Color
2. Wrong Size Set
3. Damaged Goods/Inner Packaging
4. Wrong MRP/Different MRP
5. Manufacturing Defect (Pasting/Printing/Fitting/Stitching etc)
6. Wrong Material or Design
7. Change in Packaging
8. Any missing component in the item (Above reasons as compared to what has been ordered)
9. Damage during the transit of any product, will compensate the damage product value.
Refund Policy: After confirmation of the order, if buyer will not accept the shipment after multiple attempts of delivery with our courier partner, the advance amount will be forfeited and it will be non-refundable to the customer due to the recovering of our logistic charges. 9.
